The Crayon Bin is joining hands with GKP for the Open House!

We are thrilled to announce that The Crayon Bin, a crayon recycling program from Cherry Hill, NJ, will be joining hands with us to establish a crayon recycling program in East Brunswick. They traditionally work with schools with their crayons-for-crayons programs, trading each pound of crayons recycled for a new set of their "Recolor Our World" crayons in fun and creative shapes.

On September 8th, we will be holding our Open House, and kicking off our crayon recycling program with The Crayon Bin. They will be on site teaching about their program, and trading with children who bring their well loved crayons to keep out of our landfills, as well as offering recycled crayons for purchase as well. To continue the program throughout the school year, we will act as a drop off station for the local community to come and recycle their crayons. For every pound of crayons we collect, we will donate a set of Recolor Our World crayons to a local facility in need (hospitals, schools, youth programs etc).
